  • The links have no visible name: Draft visible and unique text for the links (and for placeholder text for images, if used in links), so that screen-reader users can easily position the cursor over them and enjoy a better browsing experience.
  • The background and foreground colours are not sufficiently contrasted: A text in which the contrast is weak is difficult, or indeed impossible, to read for many users.
  • The header elements do not appear in descending order: Correctly ordered titles that do not skip levels convey the semantic structure of the page, which facilitates navigation and understanding when assistive technologies are being used.
